[ It might be a little hard to recognize Aventurine in all his peacock glory but he is here at the refectory, or rather, poking his head out from the cellar's door.

When he spots Yuffie, he waves her over. ]

[ she has to stifle a laugh when she sees his outfit because she's terrible. yuffie is also in her normal outfit....... which is not better, frankly. she's coming over ]

[ she doesn't even know what he wants ]

[ He emerges from the cellar, then heads to the back where the kitchen is, motioning Yuffie to follow him. ]

We need more cups in the cellar. Grab a stack or two.

[mogger]

[ it's such an impractical outfit!!! ]

[ following on his heels though like a good yuffie. she will grab like three stacks because she is overambitious ]

What's going on in the cellar? Big party?

[ Mostly kidding as he grabs a reasonable stack of two and makes his way back to the cellar. ]

The great Yuffie never drops any--- [ barely stops herself from immediately dropping one of the stacks ] ---thing!

[ MAYBE ASKING FOR HELP WAS A MISTAKE he's just going to be watching Yuffie's stacks now while also trying to make sure his are fine as they head down. ]

[ she somehow manages with her stacks of cups..... maybe spitefully, even, since he's watching her ]

[ starts humming the final fantasy victory jingle. this is completely unearned ]

He sets the cups down on the bar, trying his best to look impressed. ]

[ everything according to plan, yuul. she buys his attempt to look impressed. also setting cups down ]

[ heh heh ] You notice how every time you look, the liquid levels are at different levels?

Or vice versa. I mean, if there is some kind of unseen force making us meals, makes sense they'd want to drink their worries away, right? Or maybe it's just another thing here meant to mess with us.

I think they have an underlying motive for wanting to rescue us.

Do you think they even want to do that? I mean, putting up that veil was something, but it's a liiiiitle convenient that they just showed up in their own cult outfits and said they're here to help?

It's smart to be suspicious, but we have more to gain by cooperating with them.

[ Starts organizing the cups so that they are not just tall stacks that could be tipped over by the slightest bump against the bar. ]

[mogger]

[ organizes them too, but makes a bunch of them spell the letter "y". so helpful. wonder what that's about ]
